Chapter 1619 1619: Special Condition



The organization was restless after receiving the report from Aran. The lab which had been destroyed was one of the largest laboratories that they had.

The higher-ups sent people to the location and confirmed the report stating the laboratory was indeed destroyed.

They could not believe themselves. How could a large building turn to ashes just like that? They began to discuss the culprit. They wanted to catch the culprit who destroyed the laboratory, at the same time, destroyed their data experiment had been collected.

The higher-ups listened to Aran's story which said that Yu Qi was the possible suspect. Some of the higher-ups did not believe that Yu Qi was the one who destroyed their property. She was just a woman, nothing else.

However, some of them did not push the possibility. Well, they indeed could not believe that Yu Qi was the culprit. But she had someone like Long Hui by her side.

Long Hui was a special soldier from their country. The country probably had a weapon that could destroy the laboratory. However, it was impossible that they could destroy the laboratory without anyone noticing it.

They tried to watch the video from the security footage. Even though the building was destroyed, the footage was secured even though it would automatically be saved in their cloud server. The footage would be saved until the cameras were destroyed.

However, the bizarre thing was when they watched the footage, nothing unusual happened in the footage. People in the laboratory seemed to be normal as if nothing happened. Until the end, it was the same.

They could not get information from the footage. So, they sent another batch of people to investigate the crime scene.

Aran reported that when he wanted to return to the base, he could not find the building. It was like the building disappeared entirely.

Reading the report back, the higher-ups thought about something. One of them remembered that there was an organization that had weird abilities. The ability to make things disappear was one of the abilities that people in the organization had.

So, the higher-ups began to focus on investigating that organization. The higher-ups knew the organization. They were like kind of partners. That organization should not be messing with them.

"Elder Mong seems to know my thought." Yu Qi smiled.

Elder Mong also smiled. "Well, you seem sad."

"Elder Mong, when you became the subject of their torture, did they also do the same to the younger children?" Yu Qi asked.

Elder Mong was surprised when Yu Qi suddenly asked that question.

"Special condition?" Yu Qi narrowed her eyes.

They were laughing about how stupid of the parent to give their child to them just like that. I believe they told the parent that they could try the heal the child but in the end, the sick child had been used for their inhuman experiments.

The sick child died after experimenting. They told the parent that their child had died. There is nothing that the parent could do anymore." Elder Mong recalled the incident.

"They could not do anything? Why? Why can't the parent sue them?" Yu Qi asked.

"I think the parent signed the agreement. Maybe they did not read the agreement properly. However, I heard that they were saying that they paid some money to the parent. So, the parent did not make any fuss about their dead child." Elder Mong stated.

"I think I encounter the group that you mention." Yu Qi revealed something that made Elder Mong widely open, looking at her.
